Admission Procedure:

Fill in the form and submit the form to the school with the following:

1. Three photographs (1½" size)

2. Photocopy of valid BIR or passport

3. Photocopy of BIR or passport of parents/guardian

4. Report card or transcript of last two years

5. Photocopy of electricity, water or telephone bill

Note: 
  • The school year for students is from the last week of August to June.

  • Prior to acceptance of admission, a placement evaluation interview will be conducted at the school.

  • Enrollment is subject to availability of place and a satisfactory enrollment evaluation interview.

     New students will also pay a non-refundable:
  • application fee of $500 
  • registration fee of $3,000 upon acceptance of the student.
 
Families enrolling more than one child receive the following assistance: 

* 5% discount for the 2nd child 

* 10% discount for the 3rd child 

* 25% discount for any further child

 

SCHEDULE OF FEE PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

In order to facilitate planning and the smooth running of the school the following policy the payment of fees and refunds has been established.

Fees are charged on a semester basis and are payable according to the following schedule: 

15 March:         20% of one semester's fees non-refundable to reserve a place for the coming academic year beginning in September. This payment confirms your reservation for the coming year. As space is limited and some classes have waiting lists non-payment could result in cancellation of your enrollment. At this time students on the waiting list will be notified of places left vacant for the first semester.

30 June:           Balance of first semester's fees for the coming academic year.

This payment re-confirms your reservation for the coming year.

Non-payment could result in cancellation of your enrollment.

50% of this payment is non-refundable.

50% of this payment is refundable if notice is given before 15 August.

10 November     20% of second semester's fees (non-refundable). This confirms your continued enrollment. At this time students on the waiting list will be notified of places left vacant for the second semester.

15 December:   Balance of second semester's fees (non-refundable).

  • Late payments not resulting in the cancellation of enrollment are subject to a penalty of 2% per month
  • If payments has not been received by the beginning of the corresponding semester it will not be possible for the student to attend class until the account is settled.

Students are assured of a place in the school only after payment of the corresponding fees.

 

Students entering in the course of the year :

  • Kindergarten / Primary / Lower Secondary students will pay fees pro-rated according to the following formula: 1/5(semester's fee) * number of months. A fraction or a month is counted as one month. Fees are charged from the time a place is reserved in the school. 
  • Upper Secondary students will pay fees pro-rated according to the following formula: 1/5(semester's fee) * number of months. A fraction or a month is counted as one month. However, they will also have to pay an additional 8% of the Annual Fee. Fees are charged from the time a place is reserved in the school.
