The School of the Nations is owned by the Badi Foundation, a non-profit organization registered in Macau since 1990. While the school does not have plans to establish other institutions or become involved in areas other than education, the Badi Foundation is pursuing other activities in Macau and China. These include:
- Training teachers in curriculum and methods developed by the School of the Nations.
- Promoting cooperative efforts among individuals to contribue to the social wealth by establishing social enterprises.
- Providing foreign experts for schools in China.
- Promoting cultural and scientific exchange between China and the rest of the world.
